It's all of our own doing. In every meeting/GS or survey we perpetually hear that it is not about the money ...... it supposedly is about rostering and days off etc.
We gave them the legit to add the jumpy, no restriction on days off (although with the current numbers more than 5 are wishful thinking) and some swap torture lifted (stopping waterboarding was a great relief to war prisoners
....). They can now say it was what you wanted!

We will never burst their trumplike perverted bubble by our pathetic mellowing of demands, just because some sycophant tells us to lower expectations. Either walk or talk, but don't sag. It's the worst option.
I fully agree that this decision is a open and deliberate pay cut. Work accordingly.
