So how can they solve this ? Why are so many looking at China ( and let’s face it if it wasn’t an NASA medical and another ATPL exam, EK wouldn’t have a single pilot left ) .
I very much doubt that last part of your statement. At most 10% of pilots will leave Emirates. That is a huge number by any standard but 90% of pilots will stay for various reasons the biggest reason being that they like EK. We all know some have tried and failed to leave but management will “only” lose 400-450 pilots at most and they will probably be the highest paid pilots.
