Wow how easily EK managers fooled us.
Since I have joined the company 4 years ago I have only seen one step increment. Let’s assume at time of joining my basic was 25000dhs. Now 5 weeks profit share, I roughly get 30000 Dhs. Now devide this 5 weeks profit share by 3 years (since in 4 years only 1 step). So basically this 5 % profit share is nothing but same money they stole from me. So if I started at 25000 basic after 4 years @3%increment every year my basic today should have been 27317dhs . So now after this step It should have become 28137 dhs. where as in last 4 years company announced only one step so from my starting basic of 25000 dhs I have only reached 26522 dhs (after this 2nd step increment). Now compared to 28137 I am would only be getting 26522. i.e I am losing 1615 dhs every month that’s 19380 in one year.....this 25000 is just an arbitrary figure just to present the calculation......so just imagine how much money each one of us losing if we replace 25000 with our basic 4 years back and then calculate.....do your maths and enjoy EK PEANUTS....
