It makes ALL the difference. Guys signed up for long freighter only trips precisely to avoid all the night turns. Yes you still get the 13 days off however they can now roster stack the 28 days to squeeze in as many turns (and hours) as possible and you could potentially end up as exhausted as before for 15% ++ less pay.
I guess time will tell as the rosters start rolling out over the next few months.
