She did get a massive payout though. The stupid bastard of an MD made the mistake of ringing her former employer to try and get dirt on her as a way of levering her out. Former employer ( great guy, known to me) immediately rang her and offered to testify as a witness on her behalf if she sued the Institution for attempted blackmail.
