KLM taken over by Air France
Tomorrow 0700 CET it will be announced
that Air France takes over KLM

World's olderst airline (1917) will be disbanded
into a new french company based in Paris.
KLM will have 16% of the shares. The Dutch
will retain landing rights out of Amsterdam for
8 years. New company will be one of the
biggest in the world.
