I think I'm also stalled at about this point:
Like you say, there has to been an answer but the more technically challenged of us can find it incredibly frustrating in working out what that answer is
I've run out of possibilities. I understand your frustration when confronted with a problem which simply shouldn't be there. Perhaps someone else can see what we're missing.
