RAFGSA Lycoming Chipmunk
Of the many details of the DHC Chipmunk T10 and other variants that abound in the form of manuals and Pilots Notes etc there is little or nothing I can find with regard to the Lycoming engine Chipmunks that were thus fitted for glider towing at the various RAFGSA clubs around the country. One would have thought they are a considerable different aeroplane than their more sedate cousins but would be grateful if anyone can direct me to any information that may be available with regard to this variant
