With regard to rostering, our CMS is totally jacked, anything is better than what we got, Easyjet included. A lot of guys are ticked off to the max but it's all 'legal' of course. Consider a combination like TLV which gets in around 11 or so in the morning. By the time you get home, and play with the kiddies and/or the wife it's 3 or 4pm and time to get some shut eye. Get up at 9pm and hurry back to bed because you've got a 5 am start for an AMS. Lovely, and we can't do anything about it, the company jerks us, got no contract, no money, a politically appointed prez. who's been in for about a month and hasn't had time to do anything. Flying old s-boxes with up to 5 mels this summer because the previous commie prez. refused to upgrade the fleet because "it's a risk", yields are down and on time performance in the gutter.
Gotta say, that Easyjet looks mighty attractive from this side of the fence. Over 200 qualified FO/s and Cappys on the 737 with a high chance of throwing in the towel and moving to orange-ier pastures.
