Can anyone enlighten me as to the differences between a (?RTF) Registered Training facility & a (?FTO) Flight training organisation.
From an instructors and students standpoint.
Does one cost more to set up?
Does one need more accomodation for briefing
Is there a minimum number of briefing rooms?
Etc.
