Depends on a few things. If based at LGW or MAN I'd say good chances, LTN, a bit iffy, and did you have any "sick" days off? If you did, start looking for a winter job. They absolutely hated "casual" days sick, although Britannia nowadays is a totally different airline to the one I flew with.
