Can’t agree more with the above sentiments.
When I joined the group I was proud, enthusiastic and excited about a long career.
Over time, the IR tactics, the lockout, the management bonuses, the snouts in the trough, the scare campaigns, the leveraging of pilot groups etc etc has worn me down.
Now it’s turn up, take the fuel that makes me feel warm and fuzzy, do the job and go home. They get no loyalty and no love except on pay day.
So, go ahead, run this course of action QF. I’ve seen it before over and over again and after 15years I no longer care whether they buy new jets or fold completely. I will vote when required, take action when required by my union and what will be will be. Nothing surprises me anymore.
