There were a few airlines in europe aswell, who required a degree.
Yes, its a filter, yes a dance teacher degree doesnt do anything with this profession. Of course, you can be an idiot with a PhD aswell
, but having a degree can be an indicator of the willingnes to study.

As now we can see, no one requires a degree for the RHS, and if the demand continues it wont be a factor for a while.
