CX Customer Feedback
On friday I was talking to a high net worth resident of Hong Kong who due to the global nature of his business is a very frequent premium traveller.
We got to discussing long haul premium cabins, his thoughts on the current state of play is that CX has dropped a lot in quality recently, BA is awful and to Europe the new AF cabin and service is hard to beat.
From reading this forum over time I'm sure this will be of little surprise to many here.
