When you say “easiest”, what do you mean?
Clearly you can’t mean time in uniform? So do you mean easiest as far as the colleagues you work with? The base you fly from? The destinations you serve? Rostering agreement? Stability? Opportunity?
What is it that’s ‘easier’?
