At Astraeus, we carry a senior, and then main crew. However, new entrant main crew shouldn't operate the No2 (bar) position until they have a couple of months under their belts, and then they are generally working alongside an experienced No3. All depends on crewing levels and crew available on the day though. All crew are trained on the bar paperwork on their initial course and could technically operate as No2 once they're cleared on line.
