Hook into the CAsA site and send an email to the FOI with yr queries, being specific and asking for all paperwork, emails, file notes etc pertaining to yr requests.

Carbody has been complaining lately that people are asking for too many FOIs.
Oh dear ! We, the aviating community are such a pain in disturbing the Fort so much.
Should you get a bum steer as often happens, with some bs shonky excuses, then you can have a review at OAIC / Office of the Information Commissioner.
Be patient.... CAsA have turned NON-FOI into a fine art.
