Mmmmm .....
As a rule of thumb they will want you to have an ATPLH as a minimum ... and preferably 2500 hrs PIC and some sort of twin engined Heli type rating ideally BH412. If you are already rated on the 139 ... there are better places you can go to work.
Alas (and unless the system has changed) there is no option to upgrade CPLH holders to ATPLH in the UAE without the candidate sitting ALL of the appropriate exams in the UAE syllabus.
