Which begs the question, yellow triumph, why then are you delivering pompous lectures on a professional pilots forum? Nobody here has remotely suggested it's ok to have "a few bevies before a flight". But if you actually have an interest in air safety, perhaps you'd at least consider the very major safety hazard posed by fatigue. And ask why this risk is routinely tolerated when a much smaller risk from alcohol gets so many on a hysterical high-horse
