C3=main permenant crew
C4= seasonal/new crew
Have got away from the term "junior" as its disrepectful to call a new member in their 50s "a junior"
A320= 1 C1. 1 C2. 3 C3/4 total 5 passengers 180
757= 1 C1 .1 C2 .5 C3/4 total 7 passengers 235
A330= 2 C1 .1 C2 .7 C3/4 total 9 passengers 354
Both C1's are of equel grade although one will be lead C1 determined by rostering .
