To be honest, I’ve always thought the fuel/endurance question was pointless. It’s a 747. Even at min fuel it will have a few tonnes. Or a lot. If it’s all on fire, it probably doesn’t matter.

In all of the images of the 350...it's on fire. I doubt there there was ever the slightest chance of it being containable, given that it mostly seemed to be deep in the belly.

Can anyone tell me what the flight manual limit is for IAS on the A350?

Just curious, as I was paxing on one today, and saw an IAS on the flight data that was much higher than I’ve seen before....
