Brings a whole new meaning to the old trick we play on newly qualified Manual Input Operators in the Scopie world (for those who are not familiar with an MIO's task, they transfer airfield Wx data from ALFENS/MOMIDS into our own system for use by controllers) ...

Call from wag in crewroom to MIO position in Ops Room
"The runway at blah is now BLACK due to flooding, annotate the Airfield Restrictions with 'C' Planes ONLY!"
