Which Aerodrome Mk III
Excuse me for my English.
It is not in the UK
The 10’ is the cut off of the magnetic deviation arrow.
The field is approxiamately 1500 yards across.
No V1 or V2 site as far as I know.
Although they built this.
Waalhaven It was,
It was more famous because of the Wehrmacht action overthere than the Luftwaffe.
(Fallschirmjaeger)
Nothing to be seen there anymore.
Except for the streetnames
After famous Dutch pilots Fokker, Plesman, Parmentier, Smirnoff etc.
Over to you Dook

If you connect the clues of sewer and Clavell’s Kind Rat....
It was not meant to be difficult.
just trying to do something different than the overhead photo.
i hope it is enjoyed by everyone ?
Are you going to score the goal or not ?

Typical Dutch.
I knew that there had been an airbase but
if not for the website
Luftwaffe Airfields 1935-1945
I would not have known were to look.
nothing left except those 6 bunkers.
Sorry, yet again an overhead
Sorry folks,
Now i have an overhead to share.
But as i posted previously I try not to post the standard.
Not exactly an aerodrome. but related to American military aviation.
I think due to time of posting our fellow Pprune's on the other side of the pont have a chance to join in?
Succes, SLB
