Got some sort of grudge against Safeskys have we mikeyt72?
I dare say the press report is as accurate as others we've read, particularly Daily Wail ones which people are always moaning about.
I've experienced biased reporting in the past eg a 737 departing was given an earlier right turn than normal due to other traffic; the press report said it was 'instructed to take emergency avoiding action'; what a load of rubbish they write.

if I had a grudge I would have emblazoned the companies name on the initial post. I came across this post when i was looking into safeskys and what they do. Its one of the results on google. I am sure that they are not the only BCU operating. However they are the only company that have been in the news for sexual discrimination. This should not be happening in this day and age. Let me guess everyone lied and the judge made a mistake. I gather you work for the company or are maybe under a false name? Or maybe the journalist named the wrong company?

Fake news? Really?

The judge is clearly quoted as is an email used as evidence.
I guess if we can't believe the news we should still believe the court? Judgement will be a matter of public record.

"In his ruling, Judge Hendry said it was clear Miss Batham had faced discrimination. He wrote: “The Tribunal came to the conclusion it would not rely on the Respondent’s [Mr Barber’s] evidence to provide a non-discriminatory explanation for what transpired.” He awarded Miss Batham £17,550 in costs and compensation."

The article doesn't mention that 4 other charges brought by the claimant were thrown out by the court.
Mods: would it be possible to delete Mikeyt's original posting due to its innaccuracy?

Mods can you please ignore. How would Chevvron know anything about how many charges were made (if indeed there were 4 others) unless Chevvron has inside information/ is part of the companyp aka trying to cover up a sex discrimination ruling. Regardless of your alleged other claims.. The post talks about a sexual discrimination result. Can you please explain how is this inaccurate? What were the 4 other claims exactly? As all the papers and Internet show sexual discrimination.

Just re- read the paper it states that even the judge said that Mr Barbers evidence could not be relied upon. So you're either him (in which case you should be ashamed) or you are a worker/friend in which case kudos to you for defending a boss/friend BUT you should take a leaf out of the judges book and maybe not believe all of the story that you're being fed. l think the judge may have been intelligent enough to make a decision on what was said and the evidence they had.
