HI ALL

could somebody please let me know what the permitted uses are for a PC-12/45 in JAA member states ? (commercial operations)

my understanding is that they may fly to much to the same minmima / WX conditions as a B200 king air in the USA (Part 135)

thanks

At present no single engine aircraft can be used for public transport IFR. This should change in the next couple of months but there may well be a freight-only limitation imposed.

q1 can you use a nice 20 year old BE 55 for IFR / IMC / PAX

Q2 ON THE BASIS THAT YOU CAN IN FACT USE THE BARRON AS DESCRIBED ABOVE ---WHAT WHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO FLY ON A DARK AND STORMY NIGHT WITH LOTS OF WX AND ICE ABOUT (A PT6 POWERED NEWISH PC12/45 OR CARAVAN OR THAT "TRUSTY OLD BARRON")

OK OK I'LL TELL YOU I WHOULD CHOOSE SOMETHING WITH A PT 6 UPFRONT - I CHOOSE LIFE...
