half mil map question

Some of the wind farms on a half mil map have a ring of blue dots around them. I can't see them in the guide at the bottom, does anyone know what they are? Is it the actual location of the generators?

Some, like Whitelee to the west of Strathaven, are so big they cannot depict all the obstacles.

If you put a red light on a wind turbine it will not generate enough residual power to be of any use. Therefore wind turbines are exempt.:rolleyes:
