Could anyone please tell me what the euronav charges would be on something like a tbm 700 or a b200 currently....

Depends on exact weight and distance. Each country has a different charging rate so your route will also effect the bill.
There is a page on the eurocontrol site that gives you the charges and calculations.

It is per mile and varies according to the airspace owner.
Eurocontrol merely collects the money on behalf of the owners.
A TBM is about £50-£100 per hour depending how fast you fly and where :)
It is quite significant :)
