Depends on exact weight and distance. Each country has a different charging rate so your route will also effect the bill.

It is per mile and varies according to the airspace owner.
Eurocontrol merely collects the money on behalf of the owners.
A TBM is about £50-£100 per hour depending how fast you fly and where
