Where a licence is marked "For UK registered aircraft" as my CPL is I am told that it is now to be known as a national licence and will not become an EASA licence.
What is it about me that is non compliant with JAR because in the new note issued by CAA it is non compliant because of the holder not the CAA etc.
I was not allowed to take CAA UK exams and forced down the JAR route in 2001 but what was the point if I still have a UK CPL?
Sorry if everyone understands this but me,,, The CAA reference doc is Pg 9:
European Legislation - The Expected Effects on the Licensing of Pilots in the UK - March 2011 Version 2 here (http://www.caa.co.uk/docs/620/srg_l&ts_EuropeanLegislation_TheExpectedEffectsontheLicensingofPil otsintheUK_March2011_v2.pdf)
