Sorry to see this moved to the Private Flying section.

Perhaps this event was not as newsworthy (unless Brangelina were to have been on board) as the recent deal at SFO (http://ntsb.gov/ntsb/brief.asp?ev_id=20070610X00701&key=1) -- however it is about as serious as an incursion gets without actually trading paint.

TEB Airport Diagram (http://www.naco.faa.gov/d-tpp/0706/00890AD.PDF).

Could we please consider re-locating to ATC or Safety?

13 Aug - Yet another (http://www.ntsb.gov/ntsb/brief.asp?ev_id=20070823X01229&key=2)at KTEB.
Note the NTSB calls N336FX a "Cessna CL60" but it's actually a CL604 Challenger.

The findings were distributed by the US and UK authorities immediately after the report was published and are equally in the public domain.

Whenever such an incident occurs in which thare are factors affecting the "professional" side of things, i.e. ATC or commercial ops', we are appraised of them as soon as the investigational authorities are ready to publish their findings.

I would argue that to put the report here is the right ting to do, albeit a little to late, if it only encourages every pilot to take a second to absorb and if necessary, question an ATC clearance which either sounds questionable or they don't understand.
