Lost contact with my old course mate Nige Furniss. Anybody know his whereabouts and contact details?

On reflection, Plug, there's a bit of a generation gap. Maybe he's a descendant ?

I think the LinkedIn link is indeed the "Smoky" Furniss who was on your course Plug. It references his many (many) years in the OR business, when I was also in The Building.

Still looking for Smokey ?

Teeters

You're quite right, I misread his timeline. Sqn Ldr (later Wg Cdr) NJ Furniss; MBE Gazetted June 1991

I see you engaged in a previous discussion about whether this guy may have been his Dad -

Senior officers - compare yourself to this man, and weep

Also see - "Smokey" Furniss

Plug - I believe I have Smokey's current address. Reply on this thread if you're still looking. You probably can't send prune pms until you've got some time in.

Over and out to you Wingco.

It is!! Long since moved to Gloucestershire and retired in bucolic countryside.
Thanks. Just trying to get hold of him as it is 50 years since we were at Tern Hill.
