Ansett Nordstress (Alitalia) 15 Year Reunion

Were you based in Rome or Milan from 1995 to 1997 on the Ansett Nordstress Alitalia B767 contract?

I am looking at planning a 15 year reunion in Rome or London next April or May 2010. For more information, please send a message to my email address in my profile.

Is it really 5 years since I posted this??

Any idea which two or how to contact them please?

Add Simon Thunder. Barry Wood. Don't know what happened to either of them though !

There are another 40 on the list that I'm already in contact with (inc Barry) but Simon Thunder is a new name, he isn't even on the copies of staff lists I have. Are you sure he was with the AZ contract and not Air Europe Italy?

Keep the contacts coming, much appreciated!

Simon Thunder/Phil Bowles

Simon Thunder joined Monarch from Air Europe Italy, in November 1995.
I can get in touch with Phil Bowles, if he hasn't already been contacted.

List updated, but still not heard from Phil Bowles, Dave Tubb, Simon Sewell or others on the list. Thanks for looking, maybe if you know where any of the above are, you could give them a nudge?

Now in contact with 71 of our number, just the guys above to track down now.

Another bump to see if any of the guys in the list, and indeed the thread can be contacted. Just under three weeks to go to the event.

If you recognise any names in this thread, can you pass the link on?

Thanks FL.

There were a lot of guys there from Monarch Engineering. I was the first one on site and met the first arrival after which the a/c went into the hangar for a VIP reception. Anyone remember the first departures when there were two a/c and the Alitalia crews arrived by bus, stood in front of the a/c for a while to stop the tugs hooking up and then they got back on the busses allowing us to get on with it? Happy days.

Sadly no contact from any of these guys. Perhaps you can PM me if they've emailed and no response from me, maybe spam filter too aggressive?
