Smile "young" airlines ???

Hello everyone,I dont know if anyone can help me but I thought I'd post it here anyway.
I've recently moved to the states and I'm living in the Florida area. I used to be cabin crew/ops/crewing/quality manager/general dogs body hahaha for a small airline in the U.K and absolutly loved it.
I'm looking at getting back into the industry early next year and was wondering if anyone knew of a small airline that may may be looking at taking people on.
Hope you can help.
Take care
