Question Training and rental in SoCal

Hi,

Aussie based in the UK with a UK PPL. Looking to come to the US in late Feburary to do some flying with my brother.
Can anybody recommend a school or club in SoCal that will do some US airspace training + allow taking a club plane on some longer multi-day trips.

Have been recommended Plus One Flyers in San Diego, as well as a couple of other clubs.
Sometime later in 2023 i'd potentially like to return to do my Instrument Rating so extra points if the club/school also offers that

Thanks!

You might also try a couple of more US-centric forums like APC https://www.airlinepilotforums.com/

Or https://jetcareers.com/forums/

I'm guessing you have an FAA PPL via FAR 61.75 ?

Yes - getting this sorted at the moment. Paperwork submitted - now just waiting so I can book an appointment with a FSDO.

You will love the airspace in and around SoCal, Its my favorite place to fly, even try and head out with an instructor and do some night flying. You wont regret it
