EASA pilot work in US

Hey just wondering is it possible for an EASA license pilot to find work in the US? I have an EASA CPL with IR (with PBN), SEP, MEP, and FI (unrestricted). I know I will need to get an FAA license to get work. What is the process to get an FAA license from an EASA license? Do the US flight school hire foreign CFI even during COVID?

Getting a FAA certificate is the easy part. Being able to live and work unrestricted in the US is the hard part.

If the work visa is based on your specific skill set then your employer ( school) owns you.
