F-1 Visa School

hi im looking to have my training in the US by mid of this year. Is there a school that offers f-1 visa particularly in the San Diego California area? since it would be more practical for me to stay there.

When I was looking into schools able to enrol studens on the F-1 visa, it turned out there were only 4 or 5 schools. One well known school in Oregon and the others only in Florida.
You might give a look at Canada. It's easier to move there permanently as well (still not a given).
