US Big 3 Stick Time Agreements
What are the flight time limits for a 3 man operation for DL, UA and AA? I understand the FAA limit is anything over 8 hours but the working condition agreements are more conservative.

Not so cut and dry any more. 8 hour limit is only for un augmented crews and depends on start time at that. You can fly as high as 9 hours un augmented in a duty period. Search FAA CFR 14 part 117.14 you should be able to find the table that shows flight duty limits, for number of pilots and type of rest facility.
