Hi Sam,

I'd connect with Manhattan Flying Club and they can connect you with NYC based instructors that come into the city. Otherwise, if you want to be at an airport, I'd goto Fischer Aviation in NJ, which is right outside the city. If you are in Long Island then look at places in Farmingdale. I've studied this heavily in prep for a BFR.
