Just the continuation of a series of such failures over the last few years. Nothing to see here, just another accepted cost of doing business in the airline racket. As long as you get the passengers money up front and get them to destination eventually, it's all good! Don't expect anything more from Untied or many other airlines than mere platitudes though. It'll keep on happening...
