I'm actually doing it in Florida.
I'll go for the IR single and CPL ME.
The databank questions for the written test and the practical test standards has changed, effective 15 June 2016, for the PPL and the IR.
Still the same idea though.
I didn't know about the asym approach for the cpl me checkride to get the ir on cpl me privileges. Thanks for the tip zondaracer !

I will be converting my EASA CPL/IR ME into FAA in the next couple months and I chose Chandler Air Service in Arizona. I spoke with the owner for a couple hours while I was over there he explained the conversion process to me. He said loads of guys go to them for the conversion and they have ME planes too. I believe they have a couple Piper Aztecs

Same kind of problem here....
I can't get credit for my night cross country EASA time, because my instructor logged from A to A. Only one entry on my log book.
Which means around 500$ more... To fly a 152, with a 20 years old FI texting on his iphone, when you have a CPL IR.....
