From the Ground Up
Does anyone know if it's possible to find a digital copy of From the Ground Up? I own an older edition of it and am looking to purchase the 29th edition, but having it as a digital copy would better suit my purposes. Of course I could digitize it myself, but I'd rather save time if it's already been done.

I purchased the digital edition from www.avpubonline.com but you can only access it with an active internet connection.
It is a web viewable document rather than a digitised copy so it can't be downloaded to an ereader.
I ended up getting the paper version instead as I'm often out of cellular network range.
