don't know
but if I were in Fort Worth, I would (if a member of alpa) call alpa and ask.
or, if I were in APA, I would call APA and ask.
but if not a member of either, I would still call up their offices (most likely in Dallas)...APA is the union for American Airlines and Delta is pretty big there and part of ALPA.
I seem to recall that most issues of ALPA mag have ads for aviation lawyers...also seems to me that limiting yourself to Fort Worth might be a bad idea. sometimes the FAA stuff might go all the way to washington.
Good luck

Aviation law is a very specialized field. Administrative law. Most lawyers don't have a cue. And most of the interactions with the FAA are done by phone and fax so I wouldn't just look in FTW.
Just for reference, Delta shut their DFW hub down in 2004, cut flights by 90% so no ALPA office there.

Sometimes a obtaining a lawyer is not needed, but this depends on your pending violation. As a former FSDO Inspector anytime I was working on a violation and the pilot obtains a lawyer it only complicated things.
Also remember, the FAA Legal Counsel will work with you if you work them.
What was the exact violation?

Be careful what you report. Anything above .15 in the American English measurement is a very serious matter. You say your number was .85. What was that .85 measurement? There is a great difference between 100 meters and 100 miles.
