Come now, zondaracer, it's a much better question than "Why doesn't Delta fly from Jacksonville to Novosibirsk with a stopover in San Pedro Sula?", which is what you typically see on !!!!!!!!!!!!!! and the like.

Hypothetically, it could follow the JetBlue model and interline with international airlines. Possibly with BA or Icelandair at DEN - there's not much One World presence there (US now AA is fairly large at PHX). Maybe with non Star airlines at SFO, possibly with Hawaiin at the stations on the mainland. However the WN business model is not really geared around interlining. Also I understand that the originating carrier can be responsible for onward travel. It would be quite expensive if a late arrival led to a lot of international misconnections so there might need to be some form of indemnity agreed. Also HA serves secondary airports in some cities - Houston Hobby, Oakland, etc so my initial thought of BA/KL/AT etc at IAH wouldn't work.

the only code share that makes sense is Southwest and JANET.

anyone who doesn't know what JANET is should try to figure it out.

Southwest does fly to Las Vegas in quantity, right?
