Wich FAR part for aerial work?
Hello, just a question please if anyone can help me:
In USA under wich FAR Part the FAA "places" the aerial work such as FireFighting, CropDuster, AerialPhotog, etc?
Is it under any non-commercial 91, it is under commercial 135, etc?
Google cant really enlighten me, sorry...

(a)(1) states that part 119 applies to each person operating or intending to operate as an air carrier or commercial operator in air commerce.
However, what your looking for in part 119 starts at letter (e)
(e)(4) tells you that aerial application operations are not applicable to part 119, and can therefore be done under part 91
