PPL Training in the USA

Ok you knowledgeable and experienced lot… I have a dilemma and I can’t make up my mind.
This is what I want:
  • I want to take two months off and do my PPL full time anywhere in the continental USA.
  • I want to be able to get dual rates for around $150 to $160 an hour, or under, for C172 or PA28 (or similar)
  • I want good instructors
  • I want good availability of aircraft
  • I want a flight school with a good safety reputation
Nice to have:
Student Accommodation
Fun on the weekends, nightclubs, social scene, beach etc (not too important as I am here to fly)
I know there are other variables and considerations but I’m trying to keep this simple as I’m only doing it for fun and to challenge myself.
I have a list of about 10 schools that match me needs but without visiting all of them I’ll have to rely on research to finalize my selection.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I have already pulled out what little hair I have left…lol
