I am not from the american continent but am hearing talk that AA is recalling all their crew on furlough.
This has an effect on us if it is true.
Could someone shed more light on this?

Yes, they're calling pilots back. Plan is to bring back 40 a month, they have over 1600 on the street. Not all will come back but it'll probably be another year or two before off the street hiring. Then there is a flow through agreement with Eagle so some of the first new hires will be from there.
