There is a company out of LAS I believe called Zero G that does parabolic weightless flights that still operates the 727. $5000 gets you a flight as a passenger... Too pricey for my tastes

Clay Lacy Aviation still operates 2 B727-100s with about 50 F Class executive seats, as a FAR 125 operation based in VNY. They mostly cater to NBA or NHL sport teams, or "rock groups", or other executive charters. As a FAR 125 operator, the public cannot "buy a ticket" for travel, but if you wish to rent these airplanes, feel welcome. I understand they now operate a BBJ, and I am surprised they still operate 727, worldwide with all the noise restrictions and fuel costs.

AmeriJet out of MIA flys the plane for Zero G. They actually have a paragragh in their OPS Specs for zero g flight.
The reason the few 727s still fly corporate is they are so cheap. Not to operate but to own. I've seen dash 7 and 9 200s for around 800,000 USD and dash 15 and 17 for 1.1 million. At that price, what you are really buying is a 500 mph engine stand because the engines are worth 250k-300k mid time. If you are only flying a couple times a month it doesn't cost you anything but ramp fees while it sits. You can even buy insurance by the day for when it does fly.

"UPS and FedEx are the only fleet operators, some freight and mail carriers, also. But, the grand old plane is quickly going away.
GF"
Correction - as "marker" pointed out, we (UPS) got rid of our last 727 a few years back...

IFL Group in Michigan operates at least one B727 freighter.
Astar Air Cargo has 25+ 727-200F's. For now.
Capital Cargo International operates ~14(?) 727-200F's for BAX out of Toledo, OH.
Kalitta Charters II has a few 727-200F's out of YIP.
