FAA conversion

Where is the best (cheap and quick) school in the US close to CYYZ where I can convert my Canadian ATPL to an FAA licence? Thanks for any help.

I am very much, life long goal they are..but would'nt I be more marketable to Emirates with the 310 on a FAA ticket?
Thanks for keeping track, any hints on getting in would be greatly appreciated !!

Just a thought, I don't think that they look too kindly at FAA licenses judging by some of the previous comments on PPRuNE. Also I think the A310 will be replaced soon.
