Alaska Airlines hiring

I hope no one takes me to be a sick-o after the recent tragedy, however, I have recently applied to Alaska Airlines, and wondering if anyone knows what requirements they have.

I am aware that they take a good few pilots from Horizon, a sisiter company, however, is there a direct entrly Alaska at all ?

I would be grateful for any news.
