What is your budget for hotels and how close do you want to be to the training center? Also how many weeks are you planing to stay?
I would suggest the Sherry Frontenac hotel but you'll need a rental car and its about a 25 min drive. Fairly descent hotel and cheap beer.
The Homestead is an extended stay hotel with kitchenette. The majority of the people that stay there are in training either at PanAm or AeroServices.
There are several hotels around the training center(s). Just do a search on orbitz.com or something but I would suggest staying away from the Comfort Inn. Its kinda nasty and the staff is very rude. I really hate it when I have to stay there.
